Artemiy Lebedev, the founder of Russia's biggest and oldest interactive firm, has just created a LiveJournal community as part of his expirement of developing new products while taking users' input and providing updates. Why in English? Because "only 100 Russians are interested in the keyboard, while in the rest of the world it's 100,000."
